‘Good friend’ Klinsmann-Köpke, 15-minute cycling meeting after training

A close friend who has been together for a long time as a player and coach has reunited in Korea.

The two spent time doing cycle meetings together.

On the morning of the 22nd, the Korean national soccer team, led by coach Jurgen Klinsmann, held a training session on the third day after convening an A match in March.

Klinsmann will play two friendly matches against Colombia at Munsu Stadium in Ulsan at 8:00 pm on the 24th and against Uruguay at the same time on the 28th at Seoul World Cup Stadium.

This day’s training is the first schedule in which Kim Min-jae (Naples), Jung Woo-young (Freiburg), Lee Jae-seong (Mainz), and Lee Kang-in (Mallorca) all joined.

Kwon Kyung-won (Gamba Osaka), who had been training indoors for two days, wore soccer boots and practiced individually on the sideline, making it Klinsmann’s first complete training.

In the 15-minute open training session, the national team warmed up with short jogging and stretching, followed by an hour-and-a-half closed training session.

After preparing for the game against Colombia through long tactical training, the national team returned to their lodgings at 2:30 p.m. to move to Ulsan. Some players stayed and played short mini-games to relax.

Most of the coaching staff also returned, but coach Klinsmann and coach Köpke remained at the training ground.  먹튀검증

The two had a conversation while riding a cycle on one side of the training ground. The ‘Cycle Meeting’ continued for about 15 minutes after the end of training.

Head coach Klinsmann and coach Köpke have been dying for a long time in football. The timing of his professional debut is also similar, with Klinsmann in 1984 and Köpke in 1983.

Only Klins’ national team career is faster. He made his A match debut in 1987 and Köpke made his debut in 1990. The two won the 1990 World Cup in Italy and the UEFA Euro 1996 together.
